Welcome!

We are a research group located at the Department of Chemical Engineering in Ben-Gurion University, Israel. Our main goal is to understand fundamental cellular transport processes and their role in the context of health and disease. To overcome the complexity of live cells, we design and construct artificial cell models as a biomimetic analogue for studying specific transport systems in eukaryotic cells, bacteria and organelles.
